Inside Sales Software & Solutions Tracking Code E367 Job Description Responsible for supporting the software & solutions sales team to achieve the quarterly and annual sales targets * Provide comprehensive telephone sales support for nominated business that are certified to sell KOFAX Software Products, Solutions and End-users. * Co-selling of KOFAX Software and Services within a team environment. * Responsible for sales performance for CSP accounts (run rate & project business) this will require regular contact and responsive service. * Preparation and sending of formal quotations in accordance with Sales Governance policy * Responsible for entering sales estimates and orders for Certified Products into company ERP system so that Sales Admin team has accurate orders on a timely basis for further processing. * In conjunction with Account Managers, maintaining accurate records relating to leads, prospects, projects and contacts within and updating opportunities with the KOFAX CRM system, SalesForce.com * Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing a fast, accurate and high quality response to requirements. Required Skills * Will need to have an understanding of the business context and rationale for KOFAX Software and services. * Must have high degree of computer literacy. * Needs to be value and customer oriented having a high level of customer-service and understand the value of accuracy and reliability. * Must be diligent to ensure that quotes, offers, confirmations and orders are processed with maximum efficiency and correctness. * Needs to work with confidence within a team environment to ensure that overall team targets are achieved.
