Job Details:
Process all incoming donations into Raiser's Edge, including gift amount and donor intent. Process gift receipts within 72 hours of receiving the donation. Complete and process all deposits within five days of receipt of gift. Maintain and file all supporting documentation on donor intent & gift receipt. Produce gift reports as requested. Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the data within Raiser's Edge, which includes database clean up. Update and add new donors to the Raiser's Edge database as needed. Process employee payroll deduction pledges and pledge payments. Identify inconsistencies between written and actual processes and recommend process or procedure updates as needed with limited manager assistance. Responsible for developing and maintaining procedures related to gift entry. Assist with developing strategies for reports, queries and mailing list development. Job duties may be extended to the evening hours and may include other duties upon request of PPHF management Performs other duties as assigned. Follows PPH rules, policies, procedures, applicable laws, and standards. Carries out the mission, vision, values, and quality commitment of PPH.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education: High School Diploma and/or combination of education and experience
Preferred Education: Associate's Degree with emphasis in Business or equivalent work experience
Minimum Experience: 2-3 years in comparable position in database or business
Preferred Experience: 3-5 years in simliar position in nonprofit, business or database
